Under.

Today I was feeling as they say "under the weather" a phrase I learned originated from sailors way back when (the 1800s to be more precise).

It is said that the weather deck on the boat is often the roughest part of the ship causing one to feel ill. Sailors would go to the lower portion of the boat, away from the weather,  to help them feel better faster.

They were literally "under the weather" and thus...the phrase to describe my state of being.

So here is to my 4th cup of my favorite tea in my favorite mug in hopes of a speedy recovery...

...and to the NyQuil I just took; May it wear off before my 7a.m. wake-up call.
